• Space is limited and reservations are first come, first served.

• Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.

• Cancellations more than 48 hours before the event may transfer to a future event, gift their reservation to someone else, or request a full refund.

• If House of Mai cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, guests may choose a refund or transfer to future gathering. Weather decisions are made with guest safety and comfort as the top priority.

• House of Mai reserves the right to reschedule or cancel an event when doing so is necessary for the safety and wellbeing of guests.

• House of Mai gatherings are primarily hosted outdoors in a private background or other outdoor environment.

• Weather, uneven ground, insects, and other natural conditions may be present and uncontrollable.

• Participation in all elements of every gathering (including meditation, sound bath, reflection questions, crafting, etc.) are voluntary and up to each participant’s discretion.

• If you are pregnant, have epilepsy, wear a pacemaker, or implanted medical device, have sound sensitivities, or have any medical condition that could be affected by meditation or sound healing, please consult your healthcare provider and inform House of Mai prior to attending.

By attending a House of Mai gathering, you acknowledge that participation is voluntary and that you accept responsibility for your own wellbeing during the event. To the fullest extent permitted by law, House of Mai and its hosts are not liable for injuries, accidents, illnesses, lost of stolen personal property, or damages that may occur in connection with your participation, expect where required by law.
